Tall Club: Paris France

Like many tall clubs around the world Altitudes Association Francaise de Personnes de Grande Taille, the French tall person’s club sponsors social events and outings.

The group enjoys interacting with other tall people and tall clubs from all around the world. They encourage tall travelers to contact them before you arrive to join them on one of their regularly scheduled outings like trips, parties, bowling, movies, theater and more.

Of course, you could just turn up at the group’s weekly meet-ups.

Once a week an informal group of the club’s members meet in Cafe Au Pere Tranquille in the center of Paris around lunch time.

The Great Salon

Altitudes teamed up with Ma Grande Taille Magazine to sponsor Le Salon des Grands, France’s first big & tall exhibition. The first event of its kind in France took place in late October and brought together tall people and the fashion brands and companies that cater to them.

Unique to this event is the addition of market stalls that offer the opportunity for tall people to clean out their closets and make some money selling their lightly used clothes and large sized shoes in the Le Vide-Dressing area of the exhibition.
